Instructions
Chia Pudding Base
Add yogurt, milk and chia seeds in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, serve cold.
Pomegranate Orange Chia Pudding Parfait with Almonds
Place 1/4 cup yogurt in the bottom of a 9 oz cup.
Top with 3-4 orange segments and 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds.
Add 1/4 cup chia pudding.
Repeat steps 1-3 (yogurt, fruit, chia pudding).
Garnish with 2 orange segments, 1 tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp toasted Almonds and a sprig of mint.
