Heat sauté pan and add oil.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chili powder, paprika, ground fennel seed, cumin and salt. Brown on low heat for 1 minute.
Crumble tofu and add to pot. Cook for 8 minutes until crumbled and heated through.
