Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Halve Brussels sprouts. Toss pumpkin cubes and Brussels sprouts with oil, balsamic, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
