Ingredients
- 1 lb apples diced, leave skins on
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp apple cider
- 1/2 cup granola choose your favorite
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cup fat free Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Make roasted apples: Place apples in a mixing bowl. Toss with cider and brown sugar. Place on a sheet pan and roast in a 350F oven for 10 minutes, remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and cinnamon. get our serving vessel of choice and layer cinnamon honey Greek yogurt, then roasted apples, and top with granola.
