Ingredients
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 2.25 oz pitted dates
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats

Instructions
- Chop apricots and dates and place in large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup of oats. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
- Form mixture into tight 1 oz balls. You should get about 22 total. Spread out the 1/4 cup of remaining oats on a cutting board and roll the balls in the oats so they stick to the outside. Plate and serve.
