A Regional Wellness Director for FLIK based in New York. Allison received her bachelors of science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga which was followed by a dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She went on to complete a master of science in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston, MA. She has been published in multiple national publications including EatingWell and POPSUGAR and has provided expert quotes to TIME Health, Shape, Aaptiv, MyFitnessPal, and more.
