Ingredients
- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Using your hands, form 1oz balls. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate until serving.
