Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/3 cup granola
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 1 cup vanilla coconut milk yogurt
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 each peaches 1 peeled and diced to for oats and 2 peeled and sliced for top of oats.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds toasted
- 1/2 cup gingerbread granola

Instructions
- Prepare granola: mix spices and combine with your favorite granola, cranberries, and raisins.
- In a large bowl, combine coconut yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon and cloves. Fold in oats and diced peaches until well distributed. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup of oat mixture in the bottom of a bowl. Top with 3-4 peach slices and 1/4 cup blueberries. Garnish with 2 Tbsp granola and 2 tsp toasted almonds. Serve cold.
