Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers peeled, shredded
- 8 floz water
- 16 each fresh mint
- 4 cup ice
- 24 floz lime flavored carbonated water
- 8 floz lime juice

Instructions
- Blend cucumbers in water. Strain any chunks remaining.
- To assemble one: Mix cucumber juice (about 3 floz) with 1 fl oz lime juice and mint leaf and pour over 1/2 cup ice cubes.
- Top with 1 floz bubly. Add mint leaf for garnish.
