Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh pressed cucumber juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 each fresh mint
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 oz club soda

Instructions
- Juice a cucumber to get 3 fl oz of cucumber juice.
- Mix cucumber juice with 1 fl oz lemon juice and mint leaf and pour over ice cubes.
- Top with a splash of club soda and serve chilled. Add a mint leaf for garnish.
