Ingredients
- 2.5 oz red beets raw, peeled, diced small
- 5 oz strawberries trimmed, halved
- 3 oz apples skin on, diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3 each fresh basil

Instructions
- Place beets, strawberries, apples (with peel), water, and ice cubes into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add the basil leaves and pulse a few times to blend.
