Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 28 ounce Bartlett pears diced
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 4 1/2 ounce light brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ounce granulated sugar
- 5 ounce all purpose flour
- 4 1/2 ounce light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 ounce old fashioned oats dry
- 2 ounce pecans chopped
- 3 Tbsp water
- 4 ounce coconut oil
- 28 ounce Granny Smith apples cored

Instructions
- Wash all produce before prepping. Preheat oven to 375°F. Core and cut pears and apples into approximately 1″ cubes. (peeling optional) Squeeze lemon juice over chopped fruit and toss to coat.
- In a bowl combine cornstarch, first amounts of brown sugar and cinnamon, white sugar, ginger, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined. Add apples and pears, and toss until fruit is well coated. Pour fruit mixture onto baking pan.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, second amounts of brown sugar and cinnamon, salt, oats, pecans, water and coconut oil. Mix until well combined. Crumble mixture over top of fruit and spread out evenly.
- Bake in oven until golden brown and fruit is fork tender, about 30 minutes.
