Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 3/4 cup whole peeled canned tomatoes including liquids
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Bring all of the ingredients to a high simmer over medium-high heat EXCEPT the mustard seeds. Once heated through, lower the heat and cook for 25 minutes or until most of the liquid is reduced. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then mix in the mustard seeds. Cool the marmalade and serve cold or jar and refrigerate.
